Tatyana Noel

Tatyana Noel-Tsygulska grew up in the Soviet Union in a family of communists. She now lives in the United States, happily married since the spring of 2001. She holds a PhD in psychology and has authored a number of articles and books in psychology, among them a college psychology textbook recommended by the Ministry of Education of Ukraine. She was a Fulbright scholar at James Madison University. Tatyana is a practicing Bible student, experienced in psychotherapy, and successfully counsels singles on their way to marriage.
